Argus TrueID, a global leader in biometric solutions, held its European Partner Program Launch Event and Gala Dinner on 1 November 2018 at the Hilton Deansgate in Manchester.
As part of the gala event, a raffle was held to raise funds for the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund. The raffle raised £501.07 to be given to this important charity. Argus TrueID Chairman, Ken Farrow, then donated a further £498.93 to round the total up to £1,000.
Richard McClellan, Regional Director at Argus TrueID, explained the reasons for the effort. “Like most people in the UK, we were really shocked by the terrorist attack last year, and with a branch in Manchester and colleagues living and working in the city, we wanted to do something to help. Being in a room with partners from within the security sector, this charity is close to our hearts and this is why we do what we do”.
